Thrice has signed with Epitaph Records and released a new song titled “The Grey.”
Epitaph Records is a major heavy music label with a roster that includes artists like Bring Me the Horizon, Falling in Reverse, Escape the Fate and Sleeping With Sirens. Thrice hasn’t clarified yet if their new single heralds a follow up to their 2016 album To Be Everywhere Is To Be Nowhere, but for now fans are satisfied with a single that captures the more melodic end of Thrice’s hallmark sound. With lyrics that bely an internal process of accepting certain over clear answers, “The Grey” states “And my hands are open, reaching out / I’m learning how to live with doubt / I’m learning how to lean into the grey.”
Thrice also announced a fall tour with The Bronx and Teenage Wrist. For more information on the tour and to find the new single, visit thrice.net.
